Bringing 15 years of expertise in the commercial construction sector to his role, Mike Roggeman directs all aspects of the construction process, including design review, estimating, contract negotiations, quality assurance and control, scheduling, and turnover for the Headwaters Group.
Before joining the Headwaters Group, Mike held the role of construction manager at CA Ventures and Anthology Senior Living, where he oversaw a more-than-one-million-square-foot portfolio worth over $650 million. Previously, he worked as a superintendent and project manager for ENR Top Contractors – Lend Lease and Leopardo Construction Company. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minor in business from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
